B&J Co. is a real estate brokerage in Colbert, Oklahoma, owned by Brian and Jonelle Allen of the Love My Texoma Home Team. We help buyers, sellers, lake home owners and land buyers across Southern Oklahoma, Lake Texoma and North Texas, and we're officially up and running! 🎉 It's the same Brian and Jonelle you know, with the same local service you've counted on. Now our Oklahoma business has its own name on the door.

B&J Co. is a real estate brokerage in Oklahoma owned by Brian and Jonelle Allen. It's the home of the Love My Texoma Home Team, a husband-and-wife team that helps buyers, sellers, lake house owners, land buyers and families moving to the Lake Texoma area. Whether you're after a starter home in Durant, a cabin near the water, or acreage outside Atoka, this is the team and the brokerage behind it.

Nothing changes about the way we work with you. You'll still get the same two people, the same team behind your transaction and the same website. What's new is that our Oklahoma business now runs under our own brokerage, so we can serve clients our own way and grow without losing the personal, small-town feel.

Who are Brian and Jonelle Allen? Two Realtors, two sides of real estate

Brian and Jonelle Allen are a husband-and-wife team of Realtors with more than two decades of combined experience, 11+ years each. Most people hire one agent and hope that agent is good at everything. When you hire us, you get two experienced Realtors who see real estate from two different angles. We built the team around that difference on purpose.

Meet the owners of B&J Co.

Brian Allen, Owner/Managing Broker. Brian is a Southern Oklahoma native with deep Lake Texoma roots, and he came to real estate after a career in marketing and advertising, which shapes how he positions and markets every property. He specializes in foreclosures, fixer-uppers and distressed properties, and he's just as comfortable with land, acreage, multi-parcel deals and broker price opinions. Brian is the team's strategist: hand him a tricky property or an unusual deal and he'll find the path through it.

Jonelle Allen, Owner/Team Lead. Jonelle came up in luxury real estate and has been one of Lake Texoma's top producers for many years. She's an expert stager, a strong communicator and a sharp negotiator, and her specialties include luxury lake homes, new construction, short-term rentals and investors. Jonelle is the team's closer: she takes a transaction with dozens of moving parts and keeps everyone moving toward the finish line.
