On June 26, 2020 we closed on 107 N 3rd Ave in Downtown Durant, Oklahoma: a 2,726-square-foot brick commercial building built in 1915. This one was our own investment, so we were on the buyer's side. We later remodeled it and sold it in 2025 (read the sale story).
